Vitality Physical Therapy and Wellness is a fully mobile company, which means we come to you! We bring all the necessary equipment to provide you with a complete therapy experience. We service the greater San Diego area, if you're unsure whether your location is within our service range, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to check and let you know.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! We take Medicare insurance and cash pay. We are also able to provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Will I be provided an estimate charge for my cash-pay services?

Yes, after your free consultation, your therapist will provide you a printed Good Faith Estimate for your upcoming services.

Do I need a referral ahead of time?

In the state of California, you do not need a referral or prescription for physical therapy.
